Assignment feedback and reflection

On the first assignment, I received a 67/100. Which all things considered, isn’t too bad due to how it means that I did well but I know I probably could’ve done a lot better. Most of the feedback was about how my writing was the biggest drawback on my assignment and that it’s a spot that I could improve with.

This is a common theme amongst a lot of my other assignments and I know it is something that I need to improve on in general and has been something that has been a common occurrence that I need to work on and make better so my assignments are a lot more coherent and concise. Rather, than being something that comes off as unprofessional and a bit crude, compared to what it could be if the way I use spelling, punctuation and grammar. As well as being able to look at more information so instead of padding and basically saying the same thing again a little differently, then that would make my assignments in the future would be better than how they currently are.

This would be helpful because it’s a way that I could refine my writing more effectively.

On the second assignment. It was a task that a classmate and I had to undertake together and present to the class. We received a 64/100 on the task and there was a few things that we both could work. But, to focus on myself rather than both of us. The runtime of the presentation itself went over ten minutes and I believe that was due to the fact that I lost my place at one point while I tried to regain my place and as well as eye contact with the audience being another major issue that I need to try and focus on fixing as well as becoming more familiar with the information that is given as a part of the presentation.

I have never been good with oral presentations and so I need to fix this by practicing a lot more to prepare me more and it will help me reduce the unfamiliarity that I have with certain words and information that would be rather unfamiliar with the pronunciation of, which was another piece of feedback that was received regarding this assessment in particular and I know where this piece of feedback had come from after fumbling some words.
